the brook green hotel was so pretty! our room was gorgeous and the staff were super nice and helpful. they had a well-stocked mini bar and the free tea and coffee were delish. the bathroom was beautiful with lovely soaps and creams too! it really felt like a home away from home.

The hotel is just a few steps away from a lovely park, perfect for a relaxing walk, and only about a kilometer from the Natural History Museum, which made it easy to explore in my free time. it's such a cozy spot with thoughtfully decorated rooms and a great breakfast selection that kept me fueled for my adventures.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Brook Green. The location was perfect for exploring, and the staff, especially Rianne, provided excellent service. Although the WiFi occasionally faltered and the shower pressure was not ideal, the cozy atmosphere more than made up for it.
